'AfterWhys' is an honest and thought-provoking 40-minute theatrical production that takes a poignant and hopeful look at seniors' mental health and suicide.

The Lunch & Learn for healthcare providers will introduce you to the work of agriculture, the barriers for farmers and their families, and how to work toward building a therapeutic relationship


In the Know

In the Know is designed for farmers and the agricultural community. The workshop will help participants  to increase their knowledge about mental health, recognize their own struggles and learn ways to foster their mental well-being. Discussions will also include how to seek help and how to help others.


Taking it All On - Lunch & Learn for the Veterinary Community

Why are Veterinarians and their staff so susceptible to the effect of vicarious trauma?

This Lunch & Learn will lead you through an interactive discussion about how to handle the trauma that farmers and clients experience, in a manner that does not leave a lasting impact on your own wellness.

World Suicide Prevention Day

Working Together To Prevent Suicide. On September 10th, the Suicide Awareness Council of Wellington Dufferin invites you to work with us to prevent suicide in our cities, towns and villages across the Counties.
