LivingWorks START is a 90 minute online course that trains people to recognize when someone is thinking about suicide and how to connect them to support.

SafeTALK is a 4- hour evidence-based suicide-alertness workshop that prepares anyone 15 years of age and older to become a suicide-alert helper.

Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) is a two-day course that teaches how to recognize signs of suicide, learn intervention skills and how to create a safety plan to keep someone safe.

ASK is a one-day workshop that challenges commonly held notions about children’s capacity to consider suicide. It facilitates awareness of the signs that a young child may be at risk, and what is needed to help.

Suicide to Hope is a one-day training course that provides professionals with skills to support someone work through their lingering thoughts of suicide and improve their quality of life.
